The phrase "at the end of the day" is in my own top 10.
I'll add these:
•going forward
•utilize
•in fact (or, worse: in actual fact)
•ironically (when used improperly--which, ironically, is most of the time)
•to be honest/to tell you the truth
•[insert tired metaphor here]
