Okay, then we still need some info about her likes and dislikes before we are in any way able to give any suggestions as to what you can do beyond longshots.
And talking to her about you "knowing" that you're meant for each other might not be the best move ... nor trying to "talk her into" anything. Just be a good guy and let her do what she wants
