nope, not in alabama.
unc, you lost me with your "conclusion". I'm east of the miss, not landlocked, not on atlantic waters, and not on the Miss. River. But that leaves a lot of other possible fresh water locations in coastal states. So I could be in a state the touches the Atlantic Ocean, but the water I'm next to is not the ocean.
