unc, the link you posted (address shown as 125 Walnut St.) as well as the references I made are to the "Old Original" Bookbinder's that is around the corner from the Customs House...Customs House is 2nd & Chestnut and Bookbinders is 2nd and Walnut one block down the street behind the Customs House. But there was another Bookbinder's Seafood House at 215 S. 15th St...I'm almost certain that one is no longer there; the Bookbinder brothers had legal battles about money and I think it closed down a few years ago...not 100% positive, so I'll go look later this week.

PS: if you ever visit Philly and call me, I'll buy us some lobsters and drinks at Old Original Bookbinder's if you bring a couple good cigars for us to toke on.
