Laz Laz Laz, that's such a lie. You have formed this complete fabrication of what the scaling in Oblivion was like - it's nothing like that. The low level enemies were replaced by higher level enemies, you didn't have level 20 mud crabs chasing you around. The only things that stayed the same were the humanoids, except they got better weapons and armor (which were matched to your level, -not- to the armor you were wearing.)
