I'm a Canadian and I don't have a passport, and I'm in my early thirties.
I can barely afford travel within my province, let alone outside of the country. Though I have been from Toronto to Vancouver area a few times. But even then I didn't bear anywhere near my share of the expenses.
It's not that I don't want to travel; it's that I don't have the resources. Besides, I want to see my own country first. It will be a while before I leave it to see other places.
