Every girl +/- 15 years from my age is naked in my world. It isn't too hard to guess at what they look like without clothes on when you've seen quite a few naked girls. Society would be an interesting place if there were no clothes.
The weird thing is when I go to a strip club or the time I went to a nude beach, it isn't that big of a deal. There might be a naked girl dancing 20 feet away, but if I'm talking to someone else, I might not even bother looking at her.
