How many choices for President do you have?
Each state has different standards for getting on the ballot. Some third parties only focus their energies on getting on the ballot in certain states, or can only get on the ballot in certain states if the obstacles to get on the ballot are too great to overcome for them. This leads to a bit of difference in the variety of choices you have when making your presidential pick depending on what state you live in. So how many choices do you have for President on your ballot?
I live in Colorado. Supposedly Colorado is an easy state to get on the ballot, all one has to do is come up with a list of 9 voters that would be willing to be delegates for you. As a result I have 16 choices from the following parties
Republican
Democrat
Constitution
Libertarian
Green
HeartQuake'08
Prohibition
Socialist Workers
Boston Tea
America's Independent
Socialism and Liberation
U.S. Pacifist
Socialist, USA
Objectivist
and two candidates listed as Unaffiliated
