i've been having trouble sleeping lately too, and i've started going for long walks about 20 mins before i go to bed.
i walk about 7 km's every night along the same route and it seems to be helping. it serves two purposes, physically tires me out and gives me a chance to clear my head (getting over a girl right now that's killing my sleep habits!)
it's been working so far and i'm feeling better for it, so give it a whirl and see if it helps.
here's to hoping and if not go to Dr. and get some meds...no shame in getting help if you need it.
