It's true that Canada's vast landmass and low population density (hey I'm from Quebec, we love our
hydro) means less obvious impact. I think the US of A is a little more constricted.
Touche on Three Gorges, it is over the top, I admit. But imagine if they tried it with the mighty
Mississippi?
Onesnowyowl, if we are headed into a depression (I say we as US sneezes, Canada gets a cold)
than something like the NRA could be used to build all sorts of infrastructure. Like, proper levees in
Louisiana, say?
