Shrug you may be right about pistol draw. I don't have much experience in drawing one, just going off of what I've seen.
I didn't mean for this "duel" to be between TFPers. I was trying to get at what you'd want if you didn't know what the other person was carrying.
A sword would get tied up in a hallway yes, but not a 13 inch short sword.
