You would think Peter would charge into the room, take everyone out and ask questions later. But, he is a fraking tool who decides to hug his dad who then takes his powers.
This is what I would do:
Me: *charges into room*
Dad: Hello son! Give me a hug!
Me: AH! (shoots everyone with electricity)
I would hire Sylar to torture the big boss for information and once I have the information, kill them both.
