What I was saying is that I've been doing it for 5 months or so and I'm fine unless I change it. I only get diarrhea when I change something, like eating cereal at a different time. And I was wondering if everyone is that sensitive.

I might be getting too much fiber but that's not my main question. Sorry if I phrased it badly earlier.
