I forgot about the disagree bit, but it's still easy. Did Palin not take history? You almost have to say Plessy vs. Ferguson, especially in a campaign against Obama. Scott vs. Sanford is known as the Dred Scott Decision; i'd take that. A right winger would probably say the similarly named Miranda decision was wrong. That would be good enough for me.
Buckley vs. Vallejo & Bush vs. Gore would be very easy in the midst of an election. I guess those would be harder for her, though she could have scored maverick points by saying Buckley vs. Vallejo. But she's a fraud.
