That's a shame. I guess the should have left it at a trilogy. Like you, I liked 1, hated 2 (because it didn't stick to the "saw" M.O.), and liked 3 again (because they explained why 2 sucked
). Maybe Saw has "Star Trek movie Syndrome", where the odd numbered ones are the better ones.
