makes me angry
the best I can say is that when people keep calling you up, maybe remind them that the current laws are as if prop 8 did not pass
doubt it will help against most, but perhaps some will realize the hype for what it is
it also makes me sad, I'm not sure what kind of argument someone can come up with as to why they should have a say into the affairs of the laws of my state. I don't even know how republicans can think it's consistent, since the very basis of state's rights is that we should be able to do what we want outside the control of non-residents
