I've done first aid and survival training, plus read up a hell of a lot on it. I'm confident that I can do any of the emergency things well enough to keep someone alive for paramedics, and the survival ones well enough to make it for a few days in whatever comes up. Here are the ones I admittedly cannot do:

Automotive
7. Use a stick welder - I've spot welded, but never had a chance to do "real" welding. I'm the king of soldering, though.

Home
14. Carve a turkey - Technically I can. In fact, I carved the turkey for the family last Thanksgiving, but my results are nowhere near as consistent or nice-looking as when my uncle does it.

Military Know-How
50. Drop and give the perfect pushup - Everyone in my family has a weak upper body (yes, this is our collective fault.) I've never done a pushup in my life, I'm just not capable of it.

Outdoors
55. Tackle steep drops on a mountain bike - I can do biking on trails and roads, but I've never tried steep off-roading. I haven't had a working bike in years. I think I could manage pretty well if I took it slow and had someone to coach me as I learned, but that's not enough to say I could do it.

Teach Your Kids
68. Throw a spiral - Sorry, dad, I still can't do it and it's not your fault. Probably never will with arthritic shoulders.

Technology
80. Ditch your hard drive - I know the proper way, but steel core 7.62 and 5.45 are so much more fun than drilling it.

Master Key Workshop Tools
96. Sand blaster - I've used a bead blaster, does that count?1

Wear eyeliner and offer her shots of absinthe. It's not complicated.

If you have to do this... I'm guessing you have more things to worry about then actually getting the stain out.
Thanks, Seinfeld.

The hard cider my brother and I made was a huge hit at parties, but I've only tried beer once, in one of those all-in-one kits, and ... let's just say I apologized to my dead homies before I poured the bottles out.
