ANTHONY Bourdain has some strange tastes. Asked to describe the fantasy party he'd like to attend, the "Kitchen Confidential" chef tells Page Six Magazine in this Sunday's Post: "Chef Marco Pierre White and Keith Richards would be throwing something on the barbie in a back yard in Red Hook. Louise Brooks, the silent film actress, would be there, along with Ava Gardner, Orson Welles, [British spy] Kim Philby and the CIA director of counterintelligence."

I like where he goes with this... and he definitely hits on some quality guests (love Welles, Brooks and Marco Pierre White...).
I would beach party somewhere in Muskoka (just north of Toronto... just Google it ya lazy bum)... it would start with an afternoon corn roast and go on into the evening with progressively better and better food.
The main chef would be Thomas Keller but I would like Bourdain to do the corn roast and barbeque.
Guests would include: Robert Mitchum (he can bring the weed), Lauren Bacall, Brassai (somebody needs to document this), Henry Miller and Neal Stephenson... more to come later.
