You'd need to have someone that could fix or make tools.
It'd be better if you had hand-cranked radios/flashlights, than battery-powered ones.
You'd need to be prepared to actually survive, mentally.
A roll of plastic would be a handy thing to have. Helps with shelter and water collection.
A good-sized dog would be handy for protection, hunting, and what have you.
Horses for traveling.
