Yeah I agree with Cinnamon Girl. It's so annoying "waiting" for your body to go down in size. I've lost 75 pounds in the past 1.5 years and have hit plateaus 3 or 4 times that lasted months and months (the current plateau I'm on has lasted 8 months). I go to the gym 3 times a week after work for an hour, and I actually use the work gym EVERY DAY for 30 minutes doing weight training. I rarely eat out and eat vegetables and soups and the like most of the week yet I sit here at 205 pounds with a fat ass stomach for the past 8 months.
It would be an informative test if nothing else to see if I could break the plateau on this cleanse.
