I'm pretty good at estimating the time, and have been since I was young. Whether I have a timekeeping device with me or not, I pretty much always know what time it is to the nearest half hour.
A watch is an accessory. A good watch can say a lot about a person. No watch doesn't really imply anything in my mind, though.
I'm not often late for important things. Occasionally I'm 5 or 10 minutes late meeting Magpie or something like that, but social events aren't really that urgent in my mind anyway. She's learned to accept my eccentricity.
