Never been so glad to be a girl - no problems with clean up in the shower (least not for me)
Soooo positions
1) In bed on my back
2) Sitting in a chair legs down
3) Bending forward at the waist, legs straight - kinda like doggy style but standing I guess
4) My favourite is probably sitting in the bottom of the shower legs up with the water running and the tiles against my back.
