what you will find is that steaks are much less prone to being contaminated because only the outside is exposed, whereas the inside is still sterile because it hasnt been exposed to the elements.
thats the problem with minced meat and burgers - the whole lot is minced, and would have a higher rate of contamination than a steak
im just wondering how Rocky ate all those raw eggs without getting sick as part of his regimen.
