if it was me, i'd make it my business now by renting out prime office location! thats money right there!
cadre - MYOB is similar to quickbooks. ive never used quickbooks, so im not so sure about the ins and outs. MYOB is a stock standard accounting software that is used for small business. could easily handle a turnover of a few million. its been a few years since i last used it, but its a little malleable. it all depends on how far you want to make it into a photography orientated software.
i know with Access you can do a lot, but you iwll need to get someone to come in and design it for you. would cost you less with off the shelf software.
