Cervical cap/ Diaghphrams?
I was curious if cervical caps and diaphragms are the same things? I need a non hormonal bc and am bored with condoms. I'm in a monogamous relationship and these seem like my only options.
So, how were peoples experiences with these if anyone has used them?
