Up until February of this year I never had a girlfriend and never had sex. I had never masturbated in place of any of that simply because I never considered it. At this point, as odd as it might be to read, I don't really know how to masturbate. I'm not able to arouse myself by myself.
My sex drive seems to be normal; it doesn't take much to start me up and I am able to have sex several times a day without any problem. I wouldn't say the sex I have is any more intense than the average person, though. If anything, it's less intense, because I don't seem to be as sensitive around my penis as a lot of people are or claim to be.
My girlfriend has left the country for an extended period of time, and while it has only been one month so far, I have gone from sex several times a day to no sex or masturbation at all without any real withdrawal.
As bliss mentioned earlier in the thread, it's not a risk in any way, because your body tends to take care of itself when you won't give it a hand (pun intended). It just comes out on its own while you sleep.
