I met Kasey Chambers when I was seventeen.



She came to perform in my home town of Bendigo, and all I wanted for my birthday that year was to see her perform live. That was actually quite strange, as I had only heard of her a week beforehand, watched a thirty second advert for her debut album.

Anyway, I watched her perform and she blew me away. I got my photo taken with her, she signed it, and had herself a lifelong fan.
