No, I don't mean the prostate gland.
Epididymitis - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
I had this in my left testicle, which is what lead to my hospitilization and care by a urologist. He told me that ejaculation about every other day keeps the epididymis "cleaned" out. In my case he suggested ejaculation several times a week as a way to help reduce the risk of re-infection.
There is another reason why he suggested regular ejaculation. My epididymitis left me with a tender spot on my left testicle, caused by scar tissue in the epididymis. It was rather awkward trying to tell the urologist that the tender spot hindered our (wife & I) foreplay because I love to have my nuts sucked hard & stretched (I'm lucky because my wife is happy to oblige!). He said that cumming regularily, either by having sex or masturbating, would help to ease
some of the tenderness, & that we would have to learn just how much pressure I could handle before the pain became too great.
