At a regular deli, I like:
Roast beef on rye w/ yellow American cheese, lettuce, mayo and pepper.

At an Italian deli, I like,
Sopressata, fresh mozzarella and red wine vinegar.
or
Prosiutto, fresh mozzarella and red wine vinegar.
