Citigroup already wrote down their books earlier this year. I'm not convinced that they went far enough, so I'm taking them to 3rd position. I think that Washington Mutual is announcement that comes out in a few weeks as they were heavy into the mortgage business during the growth years, and Wachovia next for the same reasons.
