It really depends on the situation. I have been to and participated in these kinds of parties.
I would almost certainly never be uncomfortable in a situation like the ones you have described.
If, for some reason, I became the attention of some unwanted sexual advances I would simply say, "No thanks." If the attention continued I'd either leave or ask the person to leave.
