I'm amazed you asked this question with this exact number. At first I thought you were talking about polyphasic sleep, which is a sleep cycle program you use to train your body to sleep 2 hours a day. I figured that you got 7 x 7 hours by taking your "ideal" 9 hours of sleep/day and subtracting the 2 you'd take.
I would work out more, devote more time to personal projects, cook my own meals, and veg out a little more (or about the same). The 4th can't be avoided with me
