This sounds like a variation on the Bloody Bull, which is a bloody mary with beef bullion and related enhancements. I think I'd like this drimk if the bbq rub was to my taste, not sweet.
I've recently been using Pepperdoux hot sauce in my bloody marys; very nice deep complex flavor, not too hot...I think it would be good on bacon.
