Yeah but you have an SO. Maybe if I had an SO I'd change my answer. Either that or having an SO might make me want to get stranded on a island alone. So, I guess it would depend on the lady in question. I sure as hell wouldn't want to end up with someone who wouldn't help out with the basics. A whiner would be awful, no matter how a great a lay.
And sex is great, but won't provide you shelter, food and water.
