2 garlic cloves, pressed

1/4-1/2 cup chopped black olives (or calamata)

1/4 cup capers, rinsed and drained

parmesan cheese
1 cup artichoke hearts, sliced
pepperoncini peppers
1/2 cup pesto
fresh herbs: basil, thyme, oregano, etc.
arugula or spinach leaves
