It didn't show up and doing the basic things like restore and running thru the USB ports were no good...
Ended up having a Dell rep(even Dell outsources to India) doing a remote fix and after two hours, we got it up and running. Appears he had to go into BIOS in a roundabout way and reconfigure a few things.
