		 Go to start, run, type compmgmt.msc 
 
Go to disk management, see if either drive is listed there without a drive letter (look for 80 GB, 100 GB, however big it is) 
 
If you see it listed, right click on it and go to change drive letter, change it to L or something.  Sounds like it has a conflict with another drive letter in the PC.
