I felt it was misleading - implying that there was civil disobedience at the RNC when in fact this was not the case. The links you provided shed more light on what happened and it was indeed Rage Against the Machine that incited the riots in the streets of downtown but NOT at the actual RNC. It appears however, that we are talking about 2 separate things that occurred in proximity to each other. There is a difference between peaceful protesters and rioters.
