I had sex with strangers in the past, but it is certainly not a solution for better sex. I recommend highly to be careful and at least to have safe sex, because you never know these days what to get from it. You sleep with a stranger, that person has most likely also sex with other strangers. And aids isn't funny, two of my friends are HIV-positiv and it's certainly nothing like a cold.
