Easiest Peanut butter cookies EVER
I came across this recipe some time ago and not only is it super easy, but the cookies are DELICIOUS.
You will need:
1 c. Peanut butter
1 c. Sugar
1 Egg
Preheat oven to 375. Mix ingredients together. On a well greased cookie sheet ( I use oil and flour... seems to be the best way for the cookies not to stick), place spoonfuls of cookie dough. Make lines with forks.
Bake for 7-10 minutes, depending on your oven.
Makes around a dozen, depending on how big your spoonfuls are.
