Really, your comment on A is a double standard. Some people are thin - not becuase they have an eating disorder, but because genetically, they are thin. Some people carry extra weight around - again, this may not be because they eat too much and exercise too little (although that is the case for most overweight folks) - but because they have a biological predisposition towards being heavy.
B is easily the healthiest looking woman of the three and personally, she is the most attractive body wise.
