Clearly you've never been an athlete. I showered every day for months on end with 2 to 20 other guys - some of them gay - for 4 years with nothing sexual ever happening before, during or after.
To address the OP, I guess at some point you need to decide if you believe her or not. I'll grant that more is possible, but sometimes a shower is just a shower, and her dorm may have only had group showers for all to use. Without knowing more, all we're going to do is guess.
