This is a great answer.
Think your problems through and wherever possible break them down into small, elemental bits.
I can work up a giant sense of stress at times over things that, when really analyzed and thought through turn out not to be so bad after all.
And in the process of analyzing the problems you will likely find your way to a plan for dealing with them. That may be the most helpful of all; when you have a plan for dealing, things get a lot less scary.
