Ponyplay is a subgroup of the BDSM scene that roleplays horses and their masters. Both males and females play both roles, but I am partial to the 'ponygirls.' The scene was popularized by Anne Rice's 'Beauty' books.
Ponies will carry riders and pull carts and carriages (in groups) and generally act very much like ponies.
People who play this way usually take it very, very seriously...as you can imagine.
