When I was 3, I supposedly used to go around in my zaidy (grandfather) shul (synogauge) and drink some shot glasses of whatever was on the table. I can not vouch for it but I have heard stories. Outside of that I used to drink since I was 13, 4 cups every passover seder night, and make kiddush on wine on friday night meals.

As far as drink drink, when I was 13 night before we moved from detroit my neighbor took me and my brothers (they were 17,18) and we hung out drinking beer. After that socially not til I was 22 outside of for religious purposes.
