Yes, some can. Though for the vast majority of other males, it takes intense concentration after years of rigid workouts or a genetic anomaly that would allow them to still able to go after orgasm without a recuperative lapse.
If you wish to be normal, don't worry about staying hard throught the entire act of sex. Anything more than that, well, you'll have to work intensely to achieve, and there may never be a guarantee you will ever reach that state.
