There is no right "one". Maybe there will be "ones" instead? Sounds like more fun for someone as young as you.
Also, finding the right one, is not only about them, it's also about you and your level of maturity, and ability to compromise to be with another.
You will never find the perfect girl. You may find the one you fit with remarkably well.
You sound like an attractive guy. I wouldn't worry about it. Surely there are girls you haven't noticed just waiting to pounce on you. Just open your eyes a little more. Ok, seems like some of the girls you've been around aren't the sharpest. But they are there, trust me. There's all types everywhere in the world.
And when you see a chance to chat to a girl you think seems nice, take it. It's all about opportunity and knowing what you want. And also about being comfortable with who you are.

Whether we write or speak or do but look
We are ever unapparent. What we are
Cannot be transfused into word or book.
Our soul from us is infinitely far.
However much we give our thoughts the will
To be our soul and gesture it abroad,
Our hearts are incommunicable still.
In what we show ourselves we are ignored.
The abyss from soul to soul cannot be bridged
By any skill of thought or trick of seeming.
Unto our very selves we are abridged
When we would utter to our thought our being.
We are our dreams of ourselves, souls by gleams,
And each to each other dreams of others' dreams.
Fernando Pessoa, 1918
