Pretty Village, Pretty Flame - 9/10
One of my new favorites. While it took some time to really get rolling, the end result is just breath-taking and epic. The majority of the film takes place in either a hospital room or a cave, but they still amount to some of the best and most gripping. Memorable characters, fantastic script, and solid direction combined with a strangely new wave approach involving lots of music and a few quirky editing techniques make this a must-see.
