Do you remember the Fighting Whities? That was no less 'offensive' than this picture. Why weren't we offended? Because it was a joke and so is this.
If Tiger Woods had shown up to a major golf tournament made up to look like the stereotypical grumpy, old, white golf pro, I would have doubled over laughing.
When SNL has an asian skit, it's funny. When Dave Chappelle makes fun of either black stereotypes or white ones, it's funny.
People need to lighten up.
