Homemade foccacia bread (not too thick)
Slice bread in half. On one side:
Peperroni
Salami
Prosciutto
On the other side:
Tomato slices
Baby mozzarella slices
Place under broiler so that cheese starts to melt and bread is toasted
Add:
Fresh basil
Salt & pepper
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
